SHIPPING -  
Once you place your order, you will shortly receieve an email from me confirming your order. Our processing times are 1-2 business days. All orders are shipped through USPS! Please note that I am not responsible for any damages during the shipping process.

RETURN/REFUND -
Lure collection does not offer any refunds! All sales are final, and we do not offer returns/ refunds. If you have any issue(s) with your order, please contact me!

INCORRECT ADDRESS -
When you are placing your order, please  make sure that you are putting the correct address because, you will have to pay a fee of $5 to reship the item.

INCOMPLETE ADDRESS -

Most of the times, my shipping app can tell when the address is incomplete/invalid. If so, I will send you an email within 24-48 hours. Feel free to send me an email (lurecollection1@gmail.com) if you noticed that the address you put was incomplete. If the address happens to pass through my shipping app, then the package would most likely be returned to me. This means that you will have to pay $5 to reship your package.
